The rules for using this website and its content.

At a glance

  • The website presents the services and projects of Off Quantum Studios: it does not sell products or services online.
  • Sending an enquiry or a quote request creates no obligations: any project is governed by a separate written agreement.
  • Texts, images, logos and code are protected: you can browse them and share links, but not reuse them without our permission.

Who runs the website

The offquantumstudios.com website is run by Maicol Rulent and Graziano Zinnai, co-founders of the professional project Off Quantum Studios, based in Turin (Italy). Off Quantum Studios is not currently a registered company and has no registered office.

Using the website

You are free to browse the website to learn about our services and projects. We ask you to use it fairly and lawfully, without:

  • trying to access non-public areas or systems or to compromise their security;
  • disrupting the website, for example with large volumes of automated requests;
  • using the forms or our email to send spam, unlawful content, harmful files or other people’s data without the right to do so.

Website content

The content of the website is provided for information purposes: it describes how we work, the services we offer and the projects we have delivered. We take care over it and update it over time, but it may contain inaccuracies or not be up to date at every moment.

Service descriptions are not a binding offer: the scope, timing and costs of each project are set out in a dedicated proposal.

Intellectual property

The texts, graphics, images, 3D models and code of the website are works protected by copyright; the Off Quantum Studios name, logo and symbol are the distinctive signs of our project. Open-source components used by the website remain subject to their own licences, and third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You can browse the content and share links to our pages. You may not copy, modify or reuse it, in whole or in part, without our written consent, except where the law allows.

Enquiries, quotes and applications

You can contact us through the form on the Contact page or by email. Sending an enquiry, including a quote request or a request for an initial consultation, creates no obligation for you or for us.

We review every enquiry and may decide not to follow it up. A project only starts with a separate written agreement setting out its scope, timing, costs and conditions.

Sending an application, through the form on the Careers page or by email, doesn’t create any obligation either: any collaboration only starts with a separate written agreement.

The website may contain links to third-party websites, such as app stores or service providers. These websites have their own terms and policies and we have no control over their content: please read them before using them.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without interruptions or errors, for example during maintenance or because of issues with our providers.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the website or the inability to use it, or for decisions made solely on the basis of the general information it contains. This does not affect cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights that cannot be excluded by law, including consumer rights.

Changes

We may update the website’s content and these terms, for example for new services or new legal requirements. The date of the version in effect is shown at the top of the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections and the competent court provided for by law are not affected.
